Force close FreeDrawColour, reopen, and retry the same drawing. If issue persists include device + iOS version in support email.

Go to iOS Settings → FreeDrawColour → Photos and allow access. Then retry export.

Open FreeDrawColour Settings and tap Restore Purchases. If still unresolved, email support with your Apple ID receipt screenshot.
