AccessibilityCommon questions
Short answers to the issues people ask about most.
1. Do I need an account to start drawing?
No. Free Draw and Templates both work without an account. Sign in only when you want cloud drafts, community sharing, or cross-device access.
2. What is the difference between Free Draw and Templates?
Free Draw is a blank canvas for open drawing. Templates are guided colouring pages with fillable regions, then extra drawing tools if you want to customize the page further.
3. Can I save my work across devices?
Yes. Signed-in users can keep cloud drafts across devices. Free accounts keep up to 3 cloud drafts, and premium expands that to 25. Signed-out work stays local to the browser.
4. Can I export or share my artwork?
Yes. You can export finished art and publish community posts when you want to share publicly. Drafts stay private until you publish them.
5. Is FreeDrawColour safe for children?
The product uses family-safe defaults, moderated community surfaces, and accessibility-first controls. Parents can also review the accessibility statement and privacy pages for more detail.
6. How do I report a bug, moderation issue, or accessibility barrier?
Email support with the page, what happened, and a screenshot if possible. Accessibility issues follow the same email support path and the accessibility statement.
7. How often do templates update?
Templates and blog content update continuously. We also keep the site map current so discovery stays simple.
8. Does FreeDrawColour cost anything?
No. The website is free to use today.
